Description

The Marquis 720 Enclosed Skylounge motor yacht is one of the few motor yachts in this size range built in the U.S. This fine example has beautiful shape, with very light use and constantly maintained by a fastidious owner, ensuring all systems to be operable and functioning. Entering the salon through curved sliding glass doors, the main deck layout offers a generous galley/bar and dinette area just forward a spacious main salon. Surrounded by varnished Brazilian cherry wood cabinetry, leather furniture, and luxurious appointments, this decor is best described as understated elegance. Lower deck and accommodations are to starboard of the country kitchen/dinette reached via a curved staircase. There are four staterooms with three full heads below, including a full-beam master with a walk-around king bed, settee with a walk-in closet. The forward VIP stateroom includes a queen centerline bed plus a private ensuite head with a shower. The guest staterooms are dual twin bunks as they share the full guest head and shower. The flybridge is beautifully appointed with a bar, leather settee, and step-out aft balcony overlooking the transom and cockpit. Optioned with a hydraulic swim platform and European style transom with dual gates. Boarding gunwale doors make it easy to get on and off the boat. Her twin generators, twin Caterpillar 1,676hp C-32 diesel engines, electronic throttle and shift, two watermakers, Docking Master remote controller, and hydraulic swim platform highlight her long list of features. A must-see and unique vessel for those seeking European styling with U.S. craftsmanship and reliability.
