2004 LAGOON Lagoon 440

This Lagoon 440 catamaran is a opportunity for a buyer looking for a project. Located in Cancun, Mexico, the vessel was previously part of a charter fleet and has recently been removed from service. It is being sold as-is, where-is.

The Lagoon 440 is a well-known cruising catamaran recognized for its spacious design, flybridge helm, and large cockpit and salon areas that make it a great platform for time on the water.

Due to its time in charter and recent removal from service, significant work, maintenance, and repairs will be required to bring the vessel back to full operating condition. This is not a turnkey boat and will require a buyer with the skills, resources, and vision to take on a substantial refit.

For the right person, however, this represents an exciting chance to acquire a popular cruising catamaran at a compelling price. With the proper work and attention, this Lagoon 440 could once again become a capable platform for exploring the Caribbean and enjoying the catamaran lifestyle.
